Your account

Keep access to your email or Google account secure, because that is how you sign in. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.

Your content

Your catalog, policies, decisions and notes remain yours. You give Warden permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. Add only designs that you own or are authorized to protect.

What Warden’s findings are

Warden reports what it observed on public pages and how that compares with your catalog and your rules. A finding is information for your review. It is not a legal determination, and Warden does not decide that anyone has broken a law or a license. What you do with a finding is your decision and your responsibility.

Acceptable use

• Do not use Warden to harass anyone or to publish accusations about a seller.
• Do not try to reach another organization’s data, or interfere with the service.
• Do not use Warden in a way that breaks the law or the rules of the marketplaces it reads.

The preview

Features may change or be removed, the service may be unavailable at times, and a scan can miss listings or match the wrong ones. Warden is provided as it is, without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses that come from using it or from acting on a finding.

Ending use

You can stop at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Changes

When these terms change, the date above changes with them.
