What Warden stores about you

• Your email address, which is your account.
• If you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture link, as Google provides them. Warden asks Google for nothing else and cannot see your password, contacts, files or mail.
• Which organizations you belong to and your role in each.
• The decisions and notes you record, with your account and the time.

What Warden stores for your organization

• Your design catalog: titles, short names, categories and links to images.
• Your commercial policy and its versions.
• Your connections to sources, and the scans Warden runs for you.

Warden does not keep your model files. Each organization’s data is separate, and only its members can read it.

What Warden stores about public listings

When Warden finds a public marketplace listing that may match a design, it stores what the listing itself shows: its title and text, file names, price, images, the address of the page, and the seller’s public name and profile address. This is kept as evidence for the organization that the scan belongs to and is not shown to anyone else.

Google user data

Warden uses the information it receives from Google only to sign you in and to show your name in the app. It is not sold, not shared with third parties except the service providers listed below, not used for advertising, and not used to train models.

Cookies

Warden sets two cookies: one that keeps you signed in, and one that remembers which organization you last worked in. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Service providers

• Supabase stores the database and handles sign-in.
• Vercel hosts the application.
• Resend delivers sign-in emails.
• Cloudflare provides DNS and forwards mail sent to the support address.
• Google handles sign-in if you choose it.

Keeping and deleting data

Your data is kept while your account or organization exists. Removing an organization deletes everything it owns. To have your account or an organization deleted, or to get a copy of what Warden holds about you, write to support@3dwarden.com from the address on the account.

When this page changes, the date above changes with it.
